Considering the dearth of festivals from October onwards but with several months still to go, Aloud Festivals branched off into the Aloud Gig Guide. We had one of the first interviews with Mika online, as well as chats with Plan B, Chris Cornell, The Cooper Temple Clause, Jet and Dr Karl off Neighbours, bless him.

I edited and wrote the content, and managed a small freelance team to increase our reviews database. The Aloud Festivals MySpace was modified, and the Festivals audience came with us. The Guide was so popular with Aloud users that when the Sony deal ended, Aloud decided to rebuild it as a new tool.
